This document shows the officer reshuffle.

At the last moment, Captain Smith reshuffled the senior crew’s positions to accommodate Henry Tingle Wilde as Chief Officer (as he had been aboard Olympic). This meant that Murdoch was bumped down to the position of First Officer, and Charles Herbert Lightoller to Second Officer.
